SEDA College is an Independent Senior Secondary School and the largest provider of the Victorian Certificate of Education – Vocational Major (VCE VM). We aim to bring out the best in our students by focussing on key elements that define our unique approach.

We develop curriculum in collaboration with our industry partners so that students develop the knowledge, skills and attributes of current industry professionals.
At SEDA College, learning is not restricted to the classroom. It occurs in genuine workplace and community settings in collaboration with teachers and industry professionals.
This provides an opportunity for students to excel in multiple learning environments. Through our applied industry-based learning approach, students acquire the skills to support future educational and employment pathways.
SEDA College teachers are experts in developing and maintaining positive relationships with each of their students. They take on a true mentoring role, where they get to know the individual strengths, weaknesses and motivations of each student. Students are supported in the classroom to achieve results at their own pace based on their individual learning styles.
We know from our connection to industry the key personal qualities and transferrable skills that employers are seeking. We place as much importance on developing these skills as progressing theoretical and academic knowledge. Through a tailored individual approach, known as “MyPLAN”, our teachers support their students to develop these skills to set them on a pathway to success.
